I'm right in the middle of the sizing chart thing they have. I'm 69" tall(5'9") and my inseam is 31.5". I went to the LBS a week ago and they fitted me on a 56cm Trek 1.1, and it felt pretty good. And according to Trek's site the top tube is 55.7. And Moto's 54 is 54.5 and the 56 is 56.5. But I've heard the Vent Noir has kind of a stretched out feeling so should I go for the 54?.

Oh this is my first road bike, so I guess I would like a more relaxed position.
